How the project came together
The homeowner first met the team during a nearby holiday-lighting project and later asked for a new office-style room inside the garage. The work included framing, R-15 insulation, drywall, electrical updates with approximately ten outlets, a door installation, ceiling painting, and new lighting. The project is a good example of how a careful conversation can turn underused space into a more useful part of the home.
