Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 17, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how NHX Remodeling & Handyman ("NHX," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through this website and through quote requests that begin on this website. We provide remodeling and handyman services in and around Orlando, Florida.
2. Information you provide
When you request an estimate or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, requested service, project details, address or property information, and any other information you choose to include. If you contact us by phone, SMS, or email, we receive the information contained in that communication.
Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through this website or a quote request.
3. Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security systems may receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested URL, approximate date and time, and error or performance information. We use this information for site operation, security, troubleshooting, and aggregate improvements. We do not intentionally collect precise location data through this site.
This site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or sell personal information. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as which pages are visited and how the site performs. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for this measurement under its own policies. Embedded or linked third-party services, such as Google Maps, may make their own requests and use their own technologies under their policies. A browser may therefore communicate with those providers when you view or use an embedded map or follow an external link.
4. How we use information
- To respond to questions, estimate requests, and service inquiries.
- To understand the requested work and communicate about scheduling or follow-up.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, customers, and property.
We do not use information submitted through a quote request to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell or rent it to data brokers.
5. Service providers and Google services
We may use hosting, email, communications, security, and website-infrastructure providers to operate the site and respond to you. They may process information only as needed to provide those services, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
If Google Maps or Google reviews are enabled, the site may request or display business location and review information from Google. Reviews remain attributed to their authors and linked to the original Google location or review where available. Google may process requests according to its own privacy policy and terms.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, a legal process, an emergency, fraud prevention, or the safety and rights of people or property. If the business is reorganized, sold, or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
6. Email and text messages
The phone and email buttons on this site open your device's messaging or email application. Sending a message is your choice; the site does not silently send it. We use the information you send to reply and handle your inquiry. We do not currently use this website to enroll visitors in recurring automated marketing texts. If that changes, we will provide the disclosures and consent choices required by applicable law.
7. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by the type of record and the nature of the request.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the risk. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to our business, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal information we hold about you, and to appeal a decision about such a request. Some laws also provide rights to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
To make a privacy request, email us at nhxbusinessusa@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right available under applicable law. You may also contact a regulator or attorney if you believe your rights have been violated.
9. Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Your continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
